    Value for money

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, just a few minutes' walk to the wharf. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with both indoor and outdoor game rooms that our two young boys loved. The resident giant bunny attached to the restaurant was a big hit as well. We also enjoyed the open fire pit in the courtyard area, especially during the winter. The staff was extremely professional and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Nothing all excellent.

We loved the hotel's nautical theme and the well-designed communal indoor and outdoor gaming areas. The shuffleboard, 10' tall connect four, fire pits, and outdoor seating were a great way to relax and have fun. The view of the bay, Alcatraz, and the bridge from our room was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing to fault.

The location was perfect for exploring the waterfront of Fisherman's Wharf and other tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with unique and pretty decor. Parking was easy and hassle-free. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

Almost perfect. Service in the food van was not very good.

I loved the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The rooms were spacious and had brand new electricals, like a Samsung TV. The game room was a lot of fun, and the outdoor seating area was great for relaxing by the fire-pits. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. There were plenty of restaurants and bus tours nearby, and we could even take personalized charters to other attractions like Napa Valley wine tours. The staff were friendly and helpful.

For us, it was ideal.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Sq. Plus, the hotel is conveniently situated near the cable car turnaround and the pier for the Alcatraz boat trip. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We loved the game room and the outdoor courtyard with firepits. The staff even gave us a smore's kit upon check-in, which was a thoughtful touch.

Can't fault the property in any way.
